Shown in 2022 under Virginie Viard and named after that year, the Chanel 22 is a soft hobo in quilted leather that sits between a tote and a shoulder bag. It closes with a drawstring-style opening, hangs from chain straps and carries a metal medallion with the Chanel lettering. It is offered in several sizes. Like the house's other bags, it is sold new only in Chanel boutiques, so the New section shows our recorded boutique price, with its source and date, rather than a link to a shop. On the preloved market the 22 is still a young model; prices depend on size, colour, leather, how well the soft body has kept its shape, and whether the medallion, box, dust bag and receipt are present.
