Every listing is mapped to one of five grades: New with tags, Excellent, Very good, Good or Fair. For a matelassé bag like the Arcadie, check that the quilting has not flattened, that the corners and base are free of scuffs and that the hardware is not scratched. Original packaging and the receipt add to a listing.

Availability first: because the Arcadie is stocked by several retailers and can be found on sale, preloved prices compete with discounted new ones. After that come condition, colour (black and neutrals are the safer choice), size and how current the model still looks. The preloved table shows the spread by condition.

We subtract the expected resale value of an Excellent-condition Arcadie from the cheapest new price in your market. Resale is estimated from the median asking price of Excellent-or-better EU listings over 90 days, relative to the German retail reference. The figure appears for three years and per year once 10 listings exist. Sale prices lower it at once; we flag a sale only below our own 30-day low.
