Le City is Balenciaga's relaunch of the City bag from the early 2000s, designed during Nicolas Ghesquière's time at the house. It keeps the original's distressed leather, studs, tassels and small mirror. Balenciaga sells it through its own stores and website and through multi-brand luxury retailers, so the New table lists whichever retailers currently have it in your market, sorted by price. On the preloved market, condition decides a lot: dried or split tassels, rubbed corners, missing studs and a lost mirror all lower the asking price, while a complete set with dust bag and receipt supports it. Colour plays its part too, with black and neutral shades usually easier to resell than seasonal ones.
